Seibu Railway has started a new project called “SEIBU KPP TRAIN”, which they collabote with a Japanese “Kawaii” idol Kyary Pamyu Pamyu (KPP). While Seibu Line will be 100th anniversary, KPP has 5th anniversary in this year. So we can say it might be a quite good occasion to have such project.
Seibu Railway said that they would like to change the concept of train from just a way of transport to a ride entertain people.
Train cars are painted to pink and decorated with Kyary’s images. It runs some times in a day, so if you are lucky, you may be able to see the train!
