Shu(ex Girugamesh), launches his personified artist project “MR.8”！

愁(exギルガメッシュ)、擬人化アーティストプロジェクト「MR.8」を始動!

What would happen if a brand concept, image etc, can be rendered through picture(motion picture) or music?

In the apparel online site “THEE MAD COUNTRY’S STORE” by Shu (ex-girugamesh) launched in December 2016, his own brand <MR.8> has launched an unprecedented project fusing 『MUSIC×APPAREL×MOVIE×ART』 under the produce of Shu himself, with particiation  of various artists, video engineers, and designers.

The first image of personified MR.8 character has been revealed.

そのブランドコンセプトやイメージ等からインスピレーションされた絵(映像)や

聴こえてくる音を表現した らどうなるか？

愁のプロデュースの元、多くのアーティストや映像エンジニア、デザイナーが、

MR.8のイメージを『MUSIC×APPAREL×MOVIE×ART』として融合させる形で始まった異例なプロジェクトが始動、

まずはMR.8というブランドを擬人化したキャラクターが公開された。)

Furthermore, as a part of “MR.8” project, an online limited CD “MISTER EIGHT” is now sold online (with the limit of 88 stocks in tribute to the brand name) from Jan 27.

Also, on April 19^th, the 1^st Mini Album “8” will be released nationwide.

This mini album will be one art piece that will be , with heavy EDM sound as key sound, lyrics and art presented under the MR.8 brand concept theme of “gloom” and “poison”, and using various means of expression, the brand MR.8 will be personified as an artist and the mini album is intended to be distributed worldwide.

The first live will be held on April 28, at the “THEE MAD COUNTRY’S STORE” event.

How MR.8 will appear on stage? Find out the answer at this unpredictable event! The event ticket is scheduled to be sold on Feb 15.

2017年4月19日には1st Mini Album 「8」の全国流通でのリリースも決定している。

この作品は、ハードなEDMサウンドを基軸に、MR.8のブランドコンセプトである“闇“や“毒“をテーマにした詩、絵をのせ

あらゆる表現方法を駆使し「MR.8」というブランドをアーティストとして擬人化させ、

世界に向けて発信する事も視野に入れたな自由表現芸術作品になるという。

そして2017年4月28日には、「THEE MAD COUNTRY’S STORE」主催のEVENTにて初LIVEも控えおり

MR.8というキャラクターがどういう形でステージパフォーマンスをするのか？

何が起こるか分からない予測不能なイベントのチケットは、2/15から先行発売が決定している。)
