擬人化アーティスト「MR.8」が世界183カ国にデジタル先行配信開始!!
“MR.8”is an original apparel brand by ShuU(ex-girugamesh)unfolded in his own apparel on-line site
“THEE MAD COUNTRY’S STORE”.
The virtual artist MR.8, personified by realizing the character, sound, and picture imaged by the brand,
will be releasing its first nationwide distribution album “8”on April 19th.
Before the release of the album, MR.8 will release songs through initial digital release to
183 countries worldwide from March 31st.
From the experience of performing in several countries during his years as the member of girugamesh, ShuU,
who is also the producer of MR.8, first of all, strongly wanted this release to be heard worldwide.

愁 (exギルガメッシュ) が立ち上げたアパレルオンラインサイト
「THEE MAD COUNTRY’S STORE」内にて展開中の 自身のブランド<MR.8>(ミスターエイト)。
このブランドから想像するキャラや音、映像を具現化し、擬人化させたバーチャルアーティストMR.8が、
2017年4月19日に初の全国流通盤アルバム「8」(エイト)をリリース。
それに先駆けて3月31日より世界183カ国に向けてデジタル先行配信が決定した。
これは、プロデューサーでもある愁 がギルガメッシュ時代に世界各国でライヴを行ってきた事から、
まず世界に向けて発信していきたいとの強い思いから決定したもの。
The album “8”(eight) with the EDM sound as the key sound,
various artists are participating providing songs and,
work is in progress for a short movie utilizing these songs.
The first live for MR.8 has already been announced for April 28th,
and at this point, only the character “MR.8”
has been revealed so anticipations are high on the live
performance. General tickets for the first live will be on sale
from April 1st, but we recommend you hurry for the general
tickets since the pre-order tickets have already been
SOLD OUT!
In means of virtual artist the Gorillaz from England are famous
and by means of “virtual artist”, expectations are high
for MR.8 on how their future activities will turn out to be!
本作「8」はEDMサウンドを基軸に様々なアーティストから楽曲提供を受け、
現在その楽曲を使いショートムービーも制作中との事。
謎だらけのMR.8は4月28日に初LIVEもアナウンスされており、現在MR.8のキャ
ラクターしか公開されていない為
どのような形でLIVEをするのか？そのパフォーマンスに注目が集まっている。
見逃せない初ライヴのチケットは、4/1(土)から一般発売されるが、
既に先行発売分はSOLD OUTしてるという事なので、早めの入手をお勧めしたい。
バーチャルアーティストと言えばイギリスから産まれたGorillazが有名であるが
MR.8が今後どのような展開をしていくのか大注目である。
